Roarsome Lion Bookmark

The lion – king of the jungle and protector or books.

This beautiful hand drawn and painted bookmark features a wild lion. Well, OK, maybe more cute that wild. But, of course, he can’t be too wild or he may scare people when they are reading a book at bedtime. This beautiful King of the Jungle makes a great gift for readers – whatever their age.

Oh – and he is a bit cheeky, he doesn’t just stick to the front of this bookmark – he just has to curl his tail around to the back too!

Every one of my bookmarks is unique, and a beautiful gift for lover of books. Please note that as every one is hand drawn, the one you receive may differ slightly from the one shown.

This bookmark measure 22.5cm long x 3.5cm width x2mm deep (all sizes approximate) – it’s a little longer than standard bookmarks, so he shouldn’t get lost amongst the pages.

This roarsome lion has been hand drawn and painted directly onto a natural oak bookmark. I use oak from another small Welsh Business (Cottage Coppicing) who use sustainable methods for coppicing, and hand craft the bookmark for me.

Care Instructions: although your bookmark has been protected with some varnish, you can help it stay looking good by keeping it out of direct sunlight. Never submerge in water or get it wet.
