This website is owned by Jackie Evans, Illustrator and owner of Jac’s Little Welsh Studio. By visiting my website and/or purchasing something from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing or ordering any item.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

The copyrights to all images and creations shown/sold by Jac’s Little Welsh Studio are owned by Jackie Evans, Illustrator. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy,sell,resell or exploit any of the work shown/purchased, without the express written permission of Jackie Evans.

Postage and Shipping Information 

I do not currently accept international orders through this website, however, those outside of the UK may be able to order through my Folksy shop.

Sadly, due to certain regulations, I am unable to send any items to the EU or to Northern Ireland, even through the Folksy shop.

All prices shown include standard 2nd class UK Postage and Packing, unless otherwise stated.

 

 Before You Order

If you are ordering a personalised item, ensure you have provided all the required information and that you have checked all of the spelling.

Ensure your address details are accurate and up to date, as I can only send to the address provided to me at the time. I cannot be held responsible for your item not reaching you if any part of the address you provide is incorrect.

Always allow adequate time for your order to reach you. I aim to ship “ready to post” items within 3 working days. Commission orders take up to three weeks, as specified on the relevant product listings. I cannot guarantee delivery dates.

I use the the UK Royal Mail for all my shipping, and use their “standard” service by default. This is not tracked, I am however looking to introduce a tracked service shortly. 

This does not mean items will arrive any quicker, but will help you to know when it will reach you and/or make arrangements if you may not be in when it arrives.

Refunds & exchanges

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed, however, you can contact me at any time if you have any problems with your order, through my contact page.

Whilst I hope that you will be happy with your order, I do accept returns if there is any issue with your purchase – subject to exceptions and conditions detailed below.

Personalised items

Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they damaged upon arrival. (Please see “Lost, Damaged or Delayed Items” section of these terms for more information).

Errors in personalised items

I use the details you provide to create the personalised item. It is your responsibility to check all spelling. An item is not considered to be faulty if you have provided incorrect details.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Items
Although items being lost in the mail are rare, it can happen. The Royal Mail does not consider an item “lost” until more than 14 days have passed, therefore I am unable to process any claims for items until after that time.

In the case of a damaged item, you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage before a refund is issued. Where an item is damaged you will receive a full refund, provided you have contacted me within 14 days and return the item within 21 days (if requested).

Returning an Item

Should you wish to return an item you must contact me within 14 days of delivery and return them within 21 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and be suitably packaged to protect them in transit. In line with distance selling regulations you, as the buyer, are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged, or there is a fault proved to be an error on the part of myself as the shop owner.
